The Halo Leaf ring seems fake.
I put it on a carrot and it showed heart rate and oxygen levels.
When I shook the carrot for a few minutes while the ring was on it, the “carrot’s” heart rate increased, and when I kept it still, it went back to normal.
So according to the ring, even a carrot has heart rate and oxygen.

I also put the ring on my finger and did a plank. Since there was no hand movement, it showed a normal heart rate even though my actual heart rate was very high.
