Return and Warranty Policy
- Leaf products come with 1 year of warranty against any manufacturing defects or non-functioning of any features claimed on our official website.
- Warranty starts from the date of product delivered to the customer.
- Replacement is allowed within 10 days of product received by the customer.
- Refunds are allowed within 10 days of the product received by the customer.
- In case of physically damaged/defective product received, customers are requested to inform us within 24 hours of product received at support@leafstudios.in and are requested to share pictures of the product along with unboxing video.
- In case of refund, only shipping charges would be deducted and the rest of the amount would be refunded back to the customer.
- Refunds will be done via NEFT method within 5-7 working days. (No UPIs, wallet transfer, cash refund would be provided).
- COD fees charged is non-refundable
- Leaf is not responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities or national holidays.
- Only official website purchases are entitled for claiming refund and replacement as per 3rd and 4th clause of our warranty policy.
- Voucher code once redeemed cannot be taken back into its original form and is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Replacement Or refund will only be provided, if the product is in intact condition and should be in its original packaging and with all its accessories, without which, the same can be denied.
- Leaf representative/personnel reserves the right to decide whether the product would be replaced or repaired, depending on the issue.
- Without a valid proof of purchase/invoice, Leaf reserves the right to refuse providing warranty benefits.
- Leaf may use rebuilt, reconditioned or refurbished parts and/or components when servicing a defective product under warranty.
- Accessories (like charging cable, aux cable, earbuds, cushions, watch strap, etc.) will not be covered under the stated Warranty conditions.
- Customer needs to raise a query on support@leafstudios.in to claim the warranty benefits.
- Leaf provides door pick up service, depending on the pin code serviceability of its logistics partner.
- For a first time product related complaint, Leaf will arrange for a pick up of the product on no-cost basis. After the first time, nominal shipping charges are applicable.
- In case of Replacement Or Refund, the product in its original packaging with all its accessories would be picked up by our logistics partner.
- In case of Repair, only the main product would be picked up by our logistics partner.
- In case the pin code is not serviceable for picking up the product, customers are required to send us the product to our service center, the address of service center will be conveyed via mail on receiving such request.
- Replacement and repaired service does not renew/extend/replace the original warranty of any purchase, replacement or repair services are only provided as warranty benefits.
WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE,
- In case of any damage to the product, customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures, atmospheric conditions, water logging in the product, non-specified charger usage, any kind of breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use, defects developed by due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage or acts of God.
- Deterioration or peeling of the color of the product due to normal wear & tear or usage.
- Overcharging, use of batteries, power supplies or any other sources of power not recommended by the manufacturer.
- The Leaf customer service team shall reserve the right to final decision for all potential warranty claims for service or same color preference (depending upon stock availability).
- Products won in giveaway/award/referral programs are not covered under above stated warranty by Leaf.
- In the case of order cancellation for the purchase made via discount/offer code, the original code will become invalid and cannot be refunded back in its original form. Leaf is not entitled to re-issue a new discount/offer code to the customer once the original code is redeemed.
- For purchases made via discount/offer code - Only the payment made on Leaf's website is eligible for refund, please contact the respective discount/offer partner for the refund related to the amount paid to purchase the discount/offer (if any).
PRODUCT PRICING
- Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
- Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
- All prices on this web site in Indian Rupees. For international cards used on the site, the banks applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument.
- All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice.
- Our products are liable for GST in India.
- Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product price, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
- Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 7-10 Business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
- Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday –Saturday.
- Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
- Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
- In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracking link, please inform us within 24 hours by emailing at orders@leafstudios.in or support@leafstudios.in or else we will not be able to process your request.
