COVID-19 Updates and Deliveries

Dear Leaf Customers,

We are now delivering orders on all pin codes except the designated containment zones and the areas under lockdown.

As per the latest guidelines issued by the government, shipments of all non-essential items are currently on pause for Karnataka and Maharashtra region.

You may experience some shipping delays, inconvenience regretted. 

 

Delays in Repair and Return process

Due to the restrictions in some areas, the reverse pickup services by our logistic partners are not active. We will be getting the product picked up as soon as the services in these area resumes.

The product warranty will be extended for the lockdown duration. However, for the return cases, you need to raise the query within the return window as per the return policy.
